About Me
I’m Paulina, a movement artist, certified personal trainer and lifelong advocate for the power of the human body, I graduated from the London Contemporary Dance School and was luck enough to have attended and performed at the BRIT school. My journey into fitness and flexibility isn’t just a career – its a story of how movement transformed my life, and I’m here to help it transform yours too.
After years of pushing my own physical limits, I realised I wanted to help others unlock their potential too. That’s why I transitioned into coaching. Today, I specialist in flexibility, strength conditioning and holistic movement – because I’ve seen first-hand how these pillars can change lives.
